Ingredients
1 papaya
¼ cup yoghurt of choice
1 frozen banana
1 tbs crushed nuts
fresh mint leaves
½ lime to serve, if desired

Slice papaya in half and remove seeds. Place one half aside to use as the “boat”.

With the other half of papaya, scoop out papaya and put into blender with 1 frozen banana. Blend until creamy and spoon into papaya boat. Add yoghurt.

Top with crushed nuts, fresh mint leaves, and sliced lime. Enjoy.
Note: you can add any toppings to this that you like such as berries, sliced banana, granola or shredded coconut.
