Ingredients
1 medium yellow papaw (peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes)
2 cups mixed salad leaves
12 large king prawns (cooked, peeled & deveined)
4 tbsp mayonnaise
½ lemon (juice & zest)
½ bunch dill chopped & sprigs for garnish garlic, salt & pepper to taste

Place salad leaves into a shallow bowl. Top with yellow papaw and prawns.

To make aioli, place mayonnaise into a small bowl, add lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, salt and pepper, mix well. Pour aioli over the prawns and garnish with sprigs of dill.
