Ingredients
FOR THE BOAT
½ papaya, seeds removed
FOR THE SMOOTHIE
½ cup frozen mixed berries (70g)
½ cup natural or Greek yoghurt (125g)
½ cup diced papaya (75g)
TOPPINGS
Fresh blueberries, kiwi, banana slices, buckinis, shredded coconut, granola or your favourite ingredients

Blend smoothie ingredients (berries, yoghurt and extra papaya) until smooth.

Spoon smoothie into de-seeded papaya half and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.
